Once you find a place you would like to apply for, go to our online application, complete the application and hit submit! Anyone 18 years or older will need to fill out an application. All applications are processed using our rental screening criteria that may include but not be limited to: a criminal background check, credit history check, checking rental references, and income verification. We are committed to equal opportunity for everyone and follow the federal Fair Housing Act regulations for the achievement of equal housing opportunity.

Once your application has been approved we will contact you to set up a lease signing. At the lease signing, your will be required to pay the security deposit (and pet security deposit if applicable). Your first month’s rent will not be due until the first day of your lease; however, if you would like to get your first month’s rent paid at lease signing or any other time prior to your lease start date – we will always accept your payment and document the payment on your account.

Once your application has been approved we will contact you to set up a lease signing. At the lease signing, your will be required to pay the security deposit (and pet security deposit if applicable). Your first month’s rent will not be due until the first day of your lease; however, if you would like to get your first month’s rent paid at lease signing or any other time prior to your lease start date – we will always accept your payment and document the payment on your account.

Before keys can ever be issued, full rent and security deposit need to be paid in full. For larger properties with multiple unrelated tenants, please remember that the FULL monthly rent and security deposit need to be paid before any keys can be issued for the property. You cannot simply pay your per bedroom portion of rent and gain access to your new property. Upon move-in, you will have the opportunity to complete and submit your check-in form, which will document the condition of the property at your time of move-in. Completing this form is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT and can only be done within 7 days of your lease start date. No check-in form is accepted if completed and submitted to management after 7 days of your lease start date.
