Lancer Group Properties offers full service property management and leasing services. Each owner requires their own unique property management plan, and we are able to custom fit each owner with the services they need. If low occupancy and turn-over is a problem, we will create an aggressive marketing and leasing plan, focusing all of our company assets towards your building, and get those units filled! If collections are an issue for you, we will implement and follow through on tough, but fair collections policies, helping you maximize your investment real estate profits and rates of return. We currently manage over 600 units in Menomonie, Baldwin, Spring Valley, Roberts, Hammond, Hudson, & New Richmond, and all the surrounding communities across Western Wisconsin, with exceptional client and customer satisfaction driving our success.

Our real estate management is a full service system including: leasing, advertising, showings, maintenance, accounting, turnover & security deposit settlement, collections & evictions, tenant relations, portfolio management, and specific property marketing. As an owner, you will completely free yourself from the day to day operations of the property. Receiving your monthly net income and reviewing your monthly statements will be your only tasks!
